Terms & Conditions for First Choice Project Consultant LLP

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between First Choice Project Consultant LLP "FCPCLLP, and our clients engaging our services for project management consulting, Site Survey (JMC), third-party measurement, and design consultancy.

2. Scope of Services

FCPCLLP provides project management consulting, third-party measurement, and design consultancy services. The specific services provided will be outlined in the project agreement or contract between FCPCLLP and the client.

3. Engagement Process

Clients engage FCPCLLP by signing a project agreement or contract outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, fees, and other relevant terms. Any modifications to the agreed-upon scope of work must be documented and approved in writing by both parties.

4. Client Responsibilities

FCPCLLP liability for any damages arising from the provision of services is limited to the fees paid by the client for those services. FCPCLLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying any fees owed for services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
